How our buying process works:

1. FILL IN THE FORM
Fill out the form below and tell us what you want to sell. We buy all makes and models in any condition.

2. WE CHECK IT OUT
If we get back to you with a potential price, and you're happy with it, we then arrange to have your items collected and brought to us by our chosen courier. If it's a large lot, we're happy to come to you, depending on whether we feel it is worth the travel time.

Once we've received your parcel, our standard procedure is to itemize everything when checking and testing. We then individually grade and give all items a final price.

3. PAYMENT
We pay you and that's that.
We can make payments by bank transfer, or by PayPal, whichever option you prefer. We can't make payments by cash or cheque.

4. RETURNS
If you don't want to accept our final quote, we can return any or all of your equipment at no cost to you.

DONATIONS
If you'd prefer to donate your items to us instead, these items would be sold by auction.
100% of the proceeds from donated goods sold by auction are then donated to Asthma UK.
